After a quiet 16 months, Kansas City-based duo LoTemp is returning with a vengeance. “CrowdPleaser” - coming April 12 - does exactly as its name suggests. This long-awaited ID is a bass-heavy track that gets the crowds rowdy. The LoTemp boys are so grateful for their friendship with DATA_BYTE, who is the mastermind behind all visual assets for “CrowdPleaser.”
“CrowdPleaser” begins with a deep, distorted hook and a syncopated beat that breaks into a hefty bassline. Tight snares and hi-hats compliment popular samples that engage the listener in innovative ways. LoTemp makes their re-entry into the scene with “CrowdPleaser”, aligning with their classic genre blend of hybrid bass meets trap.
"I'm very eager to show the community our versatility this year. We can't and won't be put in a box and our upcoming releases and live sets will continue to prove that."
- Dylan Hochandel, ½ of LoTemp
