Updated: May 13, 2020

Olle Corneer and Stefan Engblom came to be the electro house’s most notable EDM group with over a 10 year careerpathing journey. Dada Life came to be in 2006 when Life Partners, Stefan Engblom and Olle Corneer started breaking records. They’re first couple unreleased singles included “Have Triangle Everyday” and “Big Time” in 2006. Dada Life waited 3 years before debuting their first album, "Do The Dada." After releasing an extended edition to “Do The Dada” in 2010, Dada Life dropped “The Rules of Dada” in 2012.

That same year, Dada Life reached #24 in DJ Magazine’s Top 100. With three albums under their belt, Dada Life came out with “Born To Rage” in 2014. Their most recent album, “Welcome to Dada Land” gave an introduction to what Electronic Music’s most, iconic duo has up their sleeve. Dada Life eventually took the liberty of branding their name on more than just a stage name. Olle Corneer and Stefan Engblom embarked on their journey towards their own establishing their own province. They asked for 10,000 signatures from fans supporting their mission. Dada Land’s Declaration of Independence was submitted into the United Nations and its’ affiliated surrounding countries. In the document Stefan and Olle stated this:

“The International Dada Land Treaty Council recognizes the sovereignty of all Dada Land peoples and will stand in unity to support our national and international bananas and sisters in their respective and collective struggles concerning international treaties and agreements with other governments. We will continue to assert our human right to Arrive Beautifully and Leave Ugly." In 2013 Dada Life claimed March 6th as Dada Land Independence Day.

As if this success hasn’t served them the glory they deserve, Dada Life broke the Guinness World Record. On October 26th, 2013 Dada Life hosted The Largest Gathering Of People Dressed As Fruit. “Dada Land: The Voyage” was first held in San Bernadino, California. “Dada Land: The Voyage” is a festival with over 10,000 fans in attendance it's first year . The duo arrives via hot air balloon. Dada Life has been headlining other festivals including Ultra in Miami and Electric Daisy Carnival. Dada Life featured a marching band for their track “White Noise/Red Meat” during their set at Insomniac's Electric Daisy Carnival.

Record Labels Dada Life have been working with include Pickadoll Records, Dim Mak Records, and So Much Dada. Dada Life not only brings forth a stellar live performance but an amazing experience all around. There's always a blissful atmosphere at any show they play. As they interact with the energy the crowd gives off, they never fail to provide satisfying headlining acts every time. February 26th, 2016 Dada Life will be coming to the Myth Night Club. Opening artists include highly acclaimed producers,Alvin Risk and Aazar.

Alvin Risk, from Washington D.C has been an active producer since 2003. Since 2007, Marcio Alvardo was a member of the group, Corrupt Souls. For 9 years, Marcio was working with Josh Clark now known as Impulse. After moving from a drum and bass band to producing an electronic dubstep/moombahton style, Marcio’s career lifted off. Alvin Risk has a way of kicking off any show right, setting the tone for a great night.

Hailing from Paris, France, Aazar is also known as a face of the production crew, Point Point. Aazar has worked with artists such as 4B. In 2015 they released their track “Pop Dat”. Aazar leaves the crowd with a track guaranteed to go off at any club. Popular remixes include tracks from San Holo and Diversa. Aazar was featured on BBC Radio 1XTRA’s Diplo & Friends podcast. He has since then collaborated with artists like UZ and dropping tracks like “Reload” off Mad Decent Record Label.

With three talented artists featured all in one night, a show like this doesn’t come around often. Although, fans expect nothing less than a hands-down, vibrant production. From hosting pillow fights to costume contests, Dada Life surpasses the music you come to hear.

You can catch Dada Life at The Myth, Friday, February 26th!
